Infrared Asphalt Repairs

Infrared Asphalt Repair + Sealcoating

Infrared repair uses controlled heat to soften existing asphalt so it can be reworked and blended—ideal for potholes, failing seams, utility cuts, and worn traffic lanes. We also handle crack sealing and sealcoating so your surface is protected and looks uniform after repairs.

Why Infrared Works

Because the patch bonds into the surrounding pavement, infrared repairs can reduce the “cold joint” edge you see with basic throw-and-go patching. It’s a good fit for parking lots, aprons, and high-wear spots where you want a cleaner finished look. If the base below the asphalt has failed, we’ll tell you—those areas may need deeper rebuild work instead of a surface fix.

Prep, Repair, Protect

We mark repair zones, prep the surface, complete the infrared patching, then seal cracks and apply sealcoat when conditions are right (dry weather and cure time). If needed, we can add straightforward striping or touch-ups so traffic flow stays clear without turning it into a complicated project.
