Boundary Maintenance and Demarcation

Boundary Line-of-Sight Clearing

We refresh and maintain existing boundary lines so they stay visible and consistent year to year. Typical work includes repainting blazes, replacing faded boundary signage, clearing light brush for line-of-sight, and re-marking along roads, trails, and edge transitions. Work is performed using the reference info you provide (prior survey, maps/GIS, coordinates, or agency guidance).

Marking & Signs

Boundary lines fade fast in New England—growth, storms, and seasonal cleanup can hide markers and invite confusion. Regular line maintenance helps reduce accidental encroachment, keeps corners and segments easier to locate, and supports ongoing property management. If the reference data is unclear, we can coordinate with your surveyor/land manager before anything is repainted or posted.

Documentation

Share whatever you have (map, shapefile, old notes, photos, or points). We walk the line, flag issues, perform the agreed scope, and provide before/after photos so you have a record of what was done. If you want a maintenance schedule, we can set the work up as a repeatable annual/biannual refresh.
